You can permanently delete a ZeebTales account and its associated journeys. This page works even if you no longer have the mobile app installed.

Delete from the mobile app
- Open ZeebTales and tap You.
- Open Privacy and account.
- Choose Delete my account or Delete guest journeys, then confirm.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the account email, journey progress, choices, generated story state, memories, checkpoints, and content reports attached to those journeys. Device-only reading preferences may remain so accessibility choices are not unexpectedly reset.
Deletion is permanent. A later sign-in with the same Google or Apple account creates a new ZeebTales account without restoring deleted journeys.
Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot access the app or sign in above, email support@zeebhq.com with the subject “ZeebTales account deletion request” and the account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data.
