Your story is personal. We treat it that way.

Guest reading creates a random pseudonymous identity. We store the stories you start, choices and free-text responses you submit, generated narration and story state, remembered moments, progress, and safety reports.

If you connect Google or Apple, we receive your email address to create and secure your ZeebTales account. Apple may provide a private relay address when you choose Hide My Email. We also retain Apple's account identifier so later sign-ins can find the same account. Guest journeys created on that device are moved into the connected account.

Basic catalogue-view and journey activity is counted to understand which stories are opened, completed, or abandoned. ZeebTales does not currently use third-party advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

ZeebTales combines authored story structure with generated narration. Your latest choice and relevant story context are sent over encrypted connections to service providers that generate narration and check text for unsafe content. When a scene illustration is generated, a scene prompt may be sent to an image-generation provider.

We use these providers only to operate, secure, and improve the story experience. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into a story response.

Reading preferences, sound settings, local bookmarks, onboarding status, and notification time are stored on your device. Reading reminders are scheduled through the device operating system. ZeebTales does not use notifications for advertising.

Account and journey information remains available until it is deleted. We use access controls, signed sessions, encrypted transport, input moderation, and rate limits to protect the service. No online service can promise absolute security.

You can permanently delete a connected account and its journeys inside the mobile app under You → Privacy and account. Guest readers can remove their server and device journeys from the same screen. See the account deletion page if you no longer have access to the app.

ZeebTales is not directed to children under 13. Historical and fictional stories may include conflict, danger, crime, discrimination, or other mature themes. Store and in-app descriptions should be considered before younger readers use the service.

You may keep reading as a guest, decline notifications, change sound and motion preferences, report a passage inside the reader, sign out, or delete your data. Privacy requests can be sent to support@zeebhq.com.
